Vicky's Low Carb Plan - 21 - 30 days

This is what works for me. Please check with your doctor before beginning any weight loss plan.

Coffee - with Neocell Collagen Powder (Half & Half)

8:30 am Breakfast - Boiled Egg
Weekends for Breakfast, 2 Scrambled Eggs with 3 strips of Bacon

10:30 am Snack - Almonds or another Boiled Egg or
Celery with a scoop of Justin's Classic Almond Butter

Noon - Lunch - Leafy Green Salad with Broccoli - Cheddar Cheese
Stir Fry Chicken - No Breading - I use real butter, Avocado Oil, seasoned with Black Pepper, Cayenne Powder and Tabasco Sauce
Dressing - Lemon Juice, Vinegar & Olive Oil

Sometimes I will switch to beef stir fry.

3:00 - Almonds or the Snack Mix with nuts and cheese.  I don't eat the fruit that comes in the packages.

Decaf Coffee - 1 scoop of Miralax powder as my bowels have a tendency to be sluggish.

No Meal passed 3:00.  If I do get hungry, I will drink some decaf black coffee or tea with no sweetener.  This helps with cravings.

Drink at least 64 oz of water.

Perform at least 20 minutes of some kind of activity.  Keep plenty of eggs boiled to help with cravings.  I have never had a cholesterol problem even with me being overweight, my cholesterol is good.

Toward the end of the 30 days, I might eat a piece of fruit but not everyday.

At the end of the 30 days, I usually give myself a reward if I've made it without cheating and lost at  a minimum of 5 lbs.  I do not reward myself with food.  I buy a new skincare or makeup product or a piece of clothing, I've been wanting.

** I do consume some foods or drinks with sugar substitutes. I have never had an issue with sugar substitutes. I’m not following a keto diet. I have used keto strips and have been in ketosis using
Sweet-n-low. Yes I know the supposed side effects but life is short and I’m not going to deprive myself of everything to get to a certain weight on a scale. I understand for some the calorie count may be low but for me that’s what I have to do. I don’t do heavy exercise any more. I do use supplements.
